These terms apply to your use of the Dermoraa online store and to purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products
Our products are cosmetic skincare products for external use. Product descriptions and images are for guidance; packaging may vary slightly. Results differ from person to person. Always read the instructions and patch-test before first use.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your card details.
4. Orders
A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

6. Returns and withdrawal

7. Liability
We are not liable for reactions caused by use contrary to the instructions or by known allergies to listed ingredients. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
