We ship Dermora orders with tracked delivery. Available destinations, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within a few business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. The estimate shown at checkout is the best guide. Delays can happen during peak seasons or because of carrier or customs issues.
Customs and taxes
For orders delivered within the EU, prices shown at checkout include VAT. For destinations outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for a while, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, email us at t.kteam.shipping@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
